Wellness Coaching- Includes metabolic, circadian, and digestive assessment, nutritional counseling, and stress management techniques. The overall wellness, health, and energy level are addressed along with fitness level.
Our consultation is free. Depending on whether your goal is weight loss, core strengthening, or strength building, we will come up with a program that will help you achieve your goals. Go to the contact us page to get started. During your consultation we will discuss your fitness goals and what you are hoping to achieve through training. We will conduct a simple postural analysis. After discussing whether you would like to do Pilates or personal training sessions, we will take you through some basic exercises to help us determine where we will be starting.
