The Program

These classes are designed to give your metabolism a kick by combining strength training with cardiovascular training. They differ from your average bootcamp class in that we do not try to simulate a military workout or feel. The exercises combine balance, coordination, and intensive cardiovascular training along with core work, and flexibility training.

Small Group Training Session?

We limit participants to a maximum of four, therefore maximizing individual attention. The class takes place in our private, upscale, studio, located on the upper west side of Manhattan. Before placing you in a class we consult you about your schedule, goals, and fitness experience. This enables us to make modifications when needed or push you harder if you are one of the more fit members of your group

So we are different because...

We are far more individualized than your average class. Your group will be too small to be a one size fits all workout. We are not listing a schedule of classes because we care about what you require as an individual and will do our best to also place you in the group that most suits your availability.

Pricing

Individual classes are $40 per class. If you purchase a block of 6 the price drops down to only $35 per class or $210 per block. Space must be reserved ahead of time. Please contact us with any questions.


How Do You Hire A Trainer?
  • One of the most important things to find out when hiring a trainer is if they are qualified. Inquiring specifically about what certifications they hold is a good start.
  • How long have they been in the fitness industry and where have they been employed in the past?
  • Do they understand your goals and are they interested in helping you achieve them? How will your program be specific to your needs and your lifestyle?
  • Are you comfortable in the environment you will be working in? Is it crowded? Is it dependent on the weather? Is it at all private?
  • Perhaps most important, are you comfortable with the person you are working with? Do you have a rapport?

Our current clientele range from young athletes looking to improve their tennis game to older adults who would like to build bone density. We also have experience working with clients who are limited by current or past injuries.
