Our Facility
Have you ever joined a gym, hired a trainer and still found yourself waiting for machines?

Are you fed up with private training being far from private?

Our studio is truly a one on one experience. Often times you will be alone with your trainer so you can focus on your workout rather than the conversation next to you. Your trainer will be able to tailor your workout according to what is best for you rather than what equipment is available at a given time. The environment is professional and fully equipped, however it is different than any other gym. We have taken the time to make our studio not only functional, but attractive and pleasant. If you are one that tends to dislike the gym environment, then Dakota Personal Training and Pilates is for you. We offer personal training that is truly personal.

How Do You Hire A Trainer?
  • One of the most important things to find out when hiring a trainer is if they are qualified. Inquiring specifically about what certifications they hold is a good start.
  • How long have they been in the fitness industry and where have they been employed in the past?
  • Do they understand your goals and are they interested in helping you achieve them? How will your program be specific to your needs and your lifestyle?
  • Are you comfortable in the environment you will be working in? Is it crowded? Is it dependent on the weather? Is it at all private?
  • Perhaps most important, are you comfortable with the person you are working with? Do you have a rapport?
